A significant opportunity has arisen at Hawke’s Bay District Health Board for a driven nurse leader with a passion for change and continuous service delivery improvement.

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for our Cardiology Service at Hawke’s Bay District Health Board.

This is an excellent opportunity to continue the operating management of a ward and outpatient clinics specialising in cardiology as well as implement change. This will include exploring innovative ways to treat and care for patients and continuing to develop the model of care for patients. In addition, you will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and ward-based medical teams to further develop and improve discharge planning and patient flow.

The Clinical Nurse Manager position is central to effective service delivery. The position provides clinical leadership across the service and is supported by an established management and senior nursing team.
