How do I become a member of a CSANZ Council?
When joining CSANZ, you will be asked to nominate up to three councils that align with your practice and/or interest. All members are invited to attend the respective AGM of those councils, however only CSANZ Fellows are eligible to vote at these meetings. The AGM of each council is generally held on the Thursday prior to the CSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting in August.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) for vacant positions on the Executive of a CSANZ Council will be circulated to Council members via email, and on the CSANZ website. If you would like to submit an EOI to join the Executive of the CSANZ Council, please contact the Council Chair via the CSANZ email with your CV and cover letter outlining your interest and expertise.
If you would like to become a member of an alternative council, you may update your preferences by logging into your CSANZ Account and selecting 'My Profile' then 'My Councils'. Alternatively, if you would like assistance updating your Councils, please contact us.
