The third Queenstown Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) symposium was very successfully held in early December at Millbrook. The meeting was once again well attended by cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cardiac anaesthetists, trainees, nurses and allied health colleagues involved in ACHD care from across Australia and New Zealand. In addition, for the first time, virtual attendance was possible from further afield.

Two international speakers, Dr Eric Horlick, Chair of the Structural and Congenital interventional program at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre in Toronto and Dr Tara Karamlou, Paediatric and Congenital Heart Surgeon from the Cleveland Clinic, gave impressive and inspiring keynotes and were supported by a strong cohort of regional experts. As usual the meeting was very convivial and collegial.

The convenors are grateful for the support of all those who registered, particularly those who spoke and lead discussions, to all of the meeting sponsors and to the Cardiac Society.
