The Opportunity – Sunshine Coast Practice:\
Our Sunshine Coast practice is based at the prestigious Buderim Private Hospital. Buderim is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast, just minutes away from the popular beachside holiday destinations of Mooloolaba and Maroochydore and within 30 minutes from Caloundra and Noosa. Patients from across the Sunshine Coast region trust our Cardiologists at the Buderim practice for their cardiac care needs.

Imaging Services and Facilities:
The Buderim practice offers Imaging Cardiologists access to state-of-the-art testing services, including Transthoracic echocardiography, Stress echocardiography, ECGs and Holter Studies, Cardiac Device Interrogation, and Remote Monitoring. The Buderim Private Hospital is operated by Uniting Care and is equipped with a Coronary Care Unit and a Cardiac Catheter Lab, capable of supporting Transoesophageal Echocardiography, Coronary Angiography and Intervention, Cardiac Device implantation, and Catheter Ablation for cardiac arrhythmias.

Furthermore, the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital, operated by Ramsay Health Care, is just a short distance away, providing additional inpatient cardiac services, including Coronary Care and a Cardiac Catheter Lab.

Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • AHPRA registration
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians
  • Eligibility to bill Medicare
  • Fellowship Certification in your subspecialty (Echocardiography / Imaging / Intervention)
