Position: Postdoctoral position in the field of cardio-oncology clinical translational epidemiology and data science.
Description: The Ky lab is a National Institutes of Health and American Heart Association funded, leading program in cardio-oncology patient-oriented research. The Ky Lab has one postdoctoral position in the field of cardio-oncology clinical translational epidemiology and data science. This is a position for a clinical researcher within cardio-oncology, using large datasets comprised of biomarker, echocardiography, genomic, clinical, social determinants of health and other “-omic” data to understand individual patient risk. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or M.D. with strong experience in epidemiology, data science, computational and data analysis, and the manipulation of large datasets. The ideal candidate must also be a very strong writer and also be able to independently determine study design and analysis. Competitive compensation for appropriate expertise. Qualifications: Ph.D. or MD with a strong background in epidemiology, longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, risk prediction, and manipulation of large datasets. Expertise in biomarkers, genomics, imaging is also a strength.
