Apply now for a CSANZ Indigenous Travel Scholarship to the 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting

The purpose of the Indigenous Travel Scholarships is to assist Indigenous Members of CSANZ attend the 2023 CSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) to be held in Adelaide, South Australia, from 3-6 August.

The awards will enable talented individuals’ attendance at the ASM to further develop research and clinical knowledge and expertise and to build professional networks.

The value of each award will differ depending on the budget requested, place of residence and number of applications received.

Eligibility

  • Aboriginal, Torres Strait Island, Māori or Pacific People who are Members of CSANZ registered to attend the 2023 CSANZ ASM in Adelaide.
  • Working or studying in a clinical area of cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery, working in an area where there is a large caseload of patients with cardiac conditions, or a researcher in the area of cardiology.
  • Applicants must reside outside of the State in which the ASM is being held.
