We are delighted to announce that Prof Julie Sanders, Clinical Professor of Cardiovascular Nursing at Queen Mary University of London (FESC) will be in Adelaide to present at the CSANZ ASM in August.

Julie has over 25 years of cardiovascular clinical research experience, with a special interest in recovery after cardiac surgery including morbidity and patient-reported outcomes. She leads nursing and allied professional research and clinical academic career development at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, one of the largest CV centres in Europe.

Julie is the current Chair, ESC Association of Nursing and Allied Professions (ACNAP) science committee. She also has roles at the Society of Cardiothoracic Surgery (SCTS) Great Britain and Ireland, The Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust (TADCT), and is a founding member of CONNECT, the Cardiac Surgery International Nursing and Allied Professional Research Network.
