Position Summary:
Prominent cardiology practice requires a motivated non-invasive cardiologist to join our busy and thriving practice on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. The successful applicant will be joining a supportive and inclusive group of cardiologists who are at the forefront of their respective sub-specialties. The position offers opportunity to provide comprehensive health care in an inpatient and outpatient setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a team of highly qualified staff employed to support the activities within a busy cardiology group.

The position offers opportunity to provide inpatient care at the local private hospital which has an angiography department and HDU. A range of cardiac testing facilities are available for management of outpatients within our centre.

CIS group specialists enjoy a collaborative relationship with the organisation. CIS provide a wide array of administrative and support services, including practice management, marketing, use of sessional rooms, administrative support, bookings, billing, and debtor management.

Your outpatient and inpatient income is your income; CIS group services are provided using an activity-based model, providing transparency and significant autonomy and flexibility for you to succeed in your own private practice.

CIS will assist in obtaining credentialing for Hollywood Private Hospital (WA’s largest private hospital with 860 beds), whereas an imaging specialist you will be able to perform pre-procedural and procedural TOE for procedures such as TAVR, LAAO, and MitraClip with the support of their world class cardiac catheterisation facilities and cardiothoracic surgical program.

CVS also possesses a large state-of-the-art echo program and ability to report CT and cardiac MR in association with radiology practices. Our team of highly trained cardiac sonographers work closely with our imaging specialists to ensure high quality scans are produced, using a custom-designed proprietary reporting platform to produce comprehensive reports for our referrers.
